Window Tinting FAQs

What are the differences of the percentage of tints?

The percentage represents the amount of light to travel through, for example 20% tints would have less light traveling through than 40% tints. All back windows can be as dark as 5%, the front windows are legally restricted to 35% the darkest.

What are the different types of tints?

There are carbon tints just for aesthetics and UV protection compared to the higher quality tints which are ceramic tints which last longer and mainly intended for heat rejection. It really helps those who park outside as the ceramic tints lead to a cooler interior, privacy, safety, durability, and aesthetics.

CAN YOU DO MOBILE WINDOW TINTS?

No. It’s best to do it in-shop as the work space would have to be clean and indoors for best quality, outside weather conditions can affect the quality leaving bubbles as there is a lot more dust.
